Business Plan

Most parishioners are excited about a new church. The real question is how will we raise $8 Million. The good news is that we have a plan to pay for the new church!

The first part is to secure a $4 million Mortgage. We are fortunate that the Diocese of Scranton will assist the parish is securing 50% of the total funds needed to build a new church. The Mortgage will have a term of 20 years and have a very low interest rate.

We have already completed the second part. We have raised $2 million through 3 year pledges from approximately 90 families in the parish and from fundraising activities.

We plan to raise the final $2 million from the remaining 2300 families during our Lenten Building Campaign.
